Why do we process your data and what are the legal grounds for such processing?

From Aspai Coliving, S.L. we treat the personal data you provide us, as well as those arising from the relationship with us, for the following purposes:

  1. Request for information: from Aspai Coliving, S.L. we process the personal data you provide us, as well as those derived from the relationship with us, in order to provide you with the information you want in relation to our services.

    • The legal grounds for this processing is the consent of the data subject in accordance with article 6.1 a) of the GDPR.

  2. Accommodation: we can also process the data you provide us, as well as those arising from the relationship with us in order to provide accommodation that best suits your preferences.

    • The legal grounds for this processing is the performance of a contract in which the data subject is a party as set out in Article 6.1 b) of the GDPR.

  3. Community Communications: we may also process the data you provide to us, as well as those arising from your relationship with us for the purpose of establishing connections between members of the Community, sharing them with you and our stakeholders, and identifying you as a member of the Community to third parties.

    • The legal grounds for this processing is the consent of the data subject in accordance with article 6.1 a) of the GDPR.

  4. Billing: finally, we treat the data you provide us, as well as those arising from the relationship with us in order to manage billing and accounting purposes, inform the competent bodies of the Public Administrations, as well as suppliers or collaborating companies to comply with the contracted services.

    • The legal grounds for this processing is the performance of a contract in which the data subject is a party as set out in Article 6.1 b) of the GDPR.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Aspai Coliving, S.L. will keep your personal data during the execution and maintenance of the contractual relationship, as well as during the time in which legal obligations or responsibilities may arise.

Who will your personal data be communicated to?

Aspai Coliving, S.L. may communicate your personal data, if necessary, to Public Administrations, public and private entities, and law enforcement agencies.

Are there any international transfers of personal data?

Aspai Coliving, S.L. does not foresee the international transfer of data. However, in the event that international transfers are made in the future, the provisions of the applicable Data Protection regulations will be applied.

There are no automated decisions or profiling.

What are your rights as a data subject?

The rights that you can exercise as the holder of your personal rights are as follows:

  1. Access: you can obtain confirmation as to whether Aspai Coliving, S.L. processes personal data, as well as check the personal data included in Aspai Coliving, S.L.'s processing.

  2. Rectification: you can modify the personal data when they are inaccurate and complete the missing data.

  3. Supression: you can request the deletion of personal data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

  4. Opposition: you can request not to process your personal data. Aspai Coliving, S.L. will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.

  5. Limitation of processing: you can request the limitation of data in the following cases:

    • As long as the accuracy of the data is impugned;

    • When the processing is unlawful, you oppose the deletion of the data and you request the limitation of its use;

    • When Aspai Coliving, S.L. does not need to process the data, but you need them for the exercise or defense of claims;

    • When you have objected to the processing of the data for the fulfillment of a public interest mission or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, as long as it is verified that the legitimate reasons for the processing prevail over yours.

  6. Portability: you will be able to receive, in electronic format, the personal data that you have provided us and those that have been obtained from your contractual relationship with Aspai Coliving, S.L., as well as to transmit them to another entity.

To exercise your rights you will need to attach a copy of your ID card or other document proving your identity and indicate which right you want to exercise.

 

If you consider that Aspai Coliving, S.L. has not processed your personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority, through the website https://apdcat.gencat.cat/ca/inici.
